  3. Now take a bowl add ghee sugar milk and baking soda and whisk well untill sugar dissolves.
  4. Take all the dry ingredients and seive.
  5. Now mix dry ingredients into wet mix well then add compote as per need..
  6. Now take a cake tin grease it with oil then place round shape cutted plum then pour cake batter..
  7. Take a gas oven or cooker put sand or salt then place round shape ring then place baking tin. Bake it in low flame in gas oven for 45min. Or untill it cook properly. Now let it cook completely and then remove from tin..
  8. Note:- if your plum is sour then caramalised in sugar then place it in tin..
